Tracking your order
When your order is shipped you will receive an order confirmation with a tracking number. If you don’t receive this email, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still haven’t received it, please email us at email@example.com and we’ll send it to you again right away.
Please note that if your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages. Products on our site may be shipped directly from our maker community or from our Big River Hardware stores.
Items shipped from Canada will arrive via Canada Post. Items shipped from the US will arrive via USPS.
Most of the items on Big River Hardware ship between 3-5 days. Some items are made by our artisan just for you so may take a little longer (believe us, it is worth the wait!). If you need an item to arrive at a certain time (it wouldn’t do for that anniversary present to arrive late!), please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will see what we can do.
International orders are subject to shipping charges depending on the shipping address. If you have questions about this in advance, please email us at email@example.com.
We want you to be absolutely happy! You'll find that great care is taken when making your hardware and we guarantee it! However, if you don't like something please tell us immediately (within a week would be ideal!), we will do our best to make it right.
