SHIPPING TERMS

Tracking your order

When your order is shipped you will receive an order confirmation with a tracking number. If you don’t receive this email, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still haven’t received it, please email us at sales@bigriverhardware.com  and we’ll send it to you again right away.

Please note that if your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages. Products on our site may be shipped directly from our maker community or our Big River Hardware stores.

Items shipped from Canada will arrive via Canada Post. Items shipped from the US will arrive via mainly by USPS, UPS , FedEx Globally sourced will arrive via USPS or an e-commerce delivery services

Shipping times

Most of the items on Big River Hardware ship between 3-5 days. Some items are shipped from global manufacturers or made by our artisan just for you so may take a little longer but normally less than 15 business days (believe us, it is worth the wait!).  For items we don't stock in our shop we indicate an estimated shipping time in the listing.    If you need an item to arrive at a certain time or only want USA sourced products  (it wouldn’t do for that anniversary present to arrive late!), please email us at sales@bigriverhardware.com, and we will see what we can do.

International orders

International orders are subject to shipping charges depending on the shipping address. If you have questions about this in advance, please email us at sales@bigriverhardware.com.
