4 Thin Rubber Chassis Mounting Washers for your Old Antique Wood Vintage Tube Radio Set of Four Gum Rubber Grommets

These tan gum rubber chassis washers measure 1/8” thick. They were commonly used on 1930’s & 40’s Philco and Zenith radios as well as many other brands and CB Radios. They allow for proper dial centering and chassis lift.   These thin washers were typically used as a shim to give more height either to a new existing washer or an old one that has shrank over time.

Most high quality 1930s radios were made so the chassis could "float" on rubber washers mounted inside the cabinet. These washers are often deteriorated or missing, causing acoustic feedback, misaligned control shafts, or misalignment of the radio's dial inside the bezel.
